Use SeeClickFix to text or e-mail a utility problem (non-emergency)

The “prompts” allow you to create an account, customized to your needs so you can report problems to a specific local government, or a utility such as the BWL.

When you observe a non-emergency problem, go to the SeeClickFix website, and type in your remarks in the “Report an issue!” box.

For example: You notice a streetlight isn’t working, so you send a SeeClickFix alert. Because the BWL maintains approximately 34,000 streetlights, getting a “heads up” about a specific, non-working streetlight means we repair the streetlight in a timely manner.

SeeClickFix alerts can be sent by computer or mobile devices with Internet access. Check out SeeClickFix, and help the BWL fix the problems!
