Your Bill by Phone
Checking or Savings
Option:
You can pay your utility bill with your checking or savings account. LBWL has partnered
with EDS, a third party processor, to accept electronic payments.
You will need your 10 digit LBWL account number(s) as well
as your savings account number or checking account number
and transit routing number.
EDS ePay charges a convenience fee for this transaction. EDS ePay will provide you the fee amount. (Effective July 1, 2008 )
After your transaction has been approved,
you will be given a reference number. Please allow 2-4 business
days for the payment to be applied to your LBWL account.
If your account is in shut-off status, you
will need to speak to a LBWL customer service representative
at (517) 702-6006 in order to stop the shut-off process.
To make an electronic
bank account payment for a residential or commercial account by phone, please call 1-866-760-2253. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days per week.
Credit Card Option:
You can also pay your LBWL utility
bill using a credit card. LBWL has partnered with EDS,
a third party processor, to accept one-time credit card payments.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
You will need your 10 digit LBWL account number, credit card
account number, credit card expiration date and 3 digit verification
code located on the far right hand side of the signature strip
on the back of your credit card. Credit Card Payments are subject to a Convenience fee assessed by EDS (Effective July 1, 2008 ).
After your transaction has been approved,
you will be given a confirmation number. Please allow 2-4
business days for the payment to be applied to your LBWL account.
