Customer Service Center
and Drive-up Window:
Our Customer Service Center is located at 1232 Haco Drive
in Lansing and features free parking and a drive-up window
for the convenience of our customers. Haco Drive runs east
off Pennsylvania just south of the I-496 interchange and north
of the Potter Park Zoo. Our office is open to serve you Monday
through Friday, from
9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and our Call Center
is available to serve you Monday – Friday 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. The Call Center is closed on weekends and holidays.
Emergency calls are taken 24/7.
Pay Stations:
For your convenience, we have payment locations around the
Lansing area to serve you. These Pay Agents accepting your
payments are independent of the Board of Water & Light,
but are authorized to accept payments on our behalf. They
have no information regarding your account.
Most Pay Stations mail your payments to us so it may take up to three days before your payment posts. Each location has their own schedule, so please check with your Pay Station to help avoid potential delayed payment charges. Our Pay Agents charge a minimal fee
