Financial Statement


The Consolidated Financial Statements present both the Income Statement and the Cash Flow Statement for the Board of Water and Light (BWL). Fiscal Year covers the operations of the BWL for a twelve month period from July through June. Annually the Financial Statements are audited by Plante & Moran, LLP..

The Fiscal Year Budget presents both a projected Income Statement and Projected Cash Flow Statement for the BWL. The budget covers the operations of the BWL for a twelve month period from July through June. The yearly budget is presented to BWL’s Board of Commissioners in May for adoption. The budget is placed on file with the City of Lansing.
