The Board of Commissioners met in Special Session in the Boardroom of the Administrative Offices, 1232 Haco Drive, Lansing, Michigan.

Commissioners Ronald C. Callen, Nancy W. Duncan, Tim Haggart, Benjamin Kelson (arrived at 12:25 p.m.), Connie Marin, Diane R. Royal, Robin M. Smith, and Nancy A. Wonch. |

The Secretary declared a quorum present.
Chairperson Callen called the meeting to order at 12:00 Noon. He announced that the purpose of the special meeting was to discuss a confidential written legal opinion in closed session.
THE CHAIR ANNOUNCED THAT MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ARE WELCOME TO SPEAK TO THE BOARD ON THE SUBJECT OF THE SPECIAL MEETING.
No persons spoke.
Moved by Commissioner Royal, seconded by Commissioner Haggart, that the Board move into Closed Session to discuss a confidential written legal opinion (12: 01 p.m.)
