Recycle-Rama!
Date: Saturday, September 25th
Time: 8am -1pm
Location: Ingham County Health Department, 5303 S. Cedar, Lansing
Cost: Most items are free, however, some fees apply to computers and household electronics. See list below.
Sponsored by: BWL, Cities of Lansing and East Lansing, Ingham County, MSU and Delhi and Meridian Townships.
Materials Accepted at this Special ONE DAY ONLY event:
Shoes - Please tie shoes together in pairs or place them together in bag or box.
Clothing - Please no clothes with odors or that are stained or torn.
Scrap Steel/Appliances - A limited number of $15 rebates from the BWL will be available to those who drop off working room air conditioners and dehumidifiers. First come-first served.
Bicycles
Used Cooking Oil
Books - All types, hard/soft cover
Compact Fluorescent Light (CFL) bulbs - Broken CFL's can be accepted, but please place in plastic bag first
Mercury Thermostats - Leave intact. Do not remove mercury vial from within the thermostat
Computers & Household Electronics - See list of accepted items and fees below

Holiday Light Exchange – BWL residential electric customers can recycle incandescent holiday lights in exchange for two strings of LED lights.
