Frequently Asked Questions

Now! The BWL’s new customer portal is ready for you to start taking advantage of all the great new features it has to offer.

If you prefer to not manage your account online:

You don’t need to take any action. You’ll receive a redesigned statement in the mail and will be able to pay and manage your account by mail and by phone.

If you’d like to register for the portal:

You'll need to create a new username and password once receiving your new, printed and mailed BWL bill in June. Once signed in, you'll be able to set up your preferences and payment info in the upgraded customer portal.

You don’t need to do anything unless you choose to. If you prefer to not enroll in the new customer portal, you’ll receive paper statements in the mail each month and will be able to make payments and service your account by mail or using the “Quickpay” feature located on the portal sign in page.

The upgrade discontinued your current username and password, as well as your eServices preferences. To manage your account online, you'll have to create a new username and password once receiving your new printed and mailed BWL bill in June. Once registered and signed in, you'll be able to reset all your online account preferences, such as enrolling for eBilling and/or Autopay.

Unfortunately, the upgrade discontinued your account settings. Because of this, you were switched back to paper statements. When you enroll in the portal, you’ll be able to reset all your account settings, including signing up for eBilling and/or AutoPay. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
