Bond Ratings
Moody’s Investors Service and S&P Global Ratings, a Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC business, have assigned their ratings of “Aa3” and “AA-,” respectively, to the 2024A Series Bonds. No application was made to any other rating agency for obtaining an additional rating on the Bonds. The BWL has furnished to the rating agencies certain information to be considered in evaluating the Bonds. The above ratings reflect the independent judgments of the rating agencies and there is no assurance that such ratings will prevail for any given period of time or that they will not be revised or withdrawn entirely by such rating agency, if, in the judgment of such rating agency, circumstances so warrant. Any such revision or withdrawal of such ratings may have an effect on the market price of the Bonds. A securities rating is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold securities and may be subject to revision or withdrawal at any time.
