You've been redirected to this page while trying to access BWL's current eServices customer portal. As of Monday, May 31 our customer payment portal is no longer active, as we're currently transitioning to a new customer portal.
As part of the upgrade, all BWL customers will receive a new, printed bill in in the mail in June. Once you've received this bill, you will be eligible to re-enroll for any or all of our online bill management services, including the new customer portal, AutoPay and paperless billing.
